Tasting Notes:

Cherry red with slight touches of purple. Aromas of ripe fruit (cherry, blueberries) with a mineral background, elegant aromas of aging, aromas of liquorice, truffles, coffee, floral aromas that are more evident in retronasal. Medium intensity, acidity gives it a lot of structure and freshness, minerality is also very present in the mouth, very good fruit and final bitterness, very pleasant.
