History: Without a doubt Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is the most highly regarded wine in California and decades of producing world-class versions of this variety are the reasons why. The climate and soil of Napa Valley are ideally suited for this Bordeaux varietal and thus we felt this bottling was the perfect compliment to the ACE 1542 family of wines.

Tasting notes: This wine that spent 21 months in French oak barrels has a violet color that introduces aromas of blackberries, blueberries and rose petals followed by intense black cherry, olive and cocoa notes on the palate with a long, smooth finish.
