History: Alain Gras has been working passionately since 1979, with great respect for the land. This exceptional territory benefits from a limestone and clay soil that forces the roots of the vine to descend deep into the rock to obtain the nutrients they need. The typicity of the soil in Saint Romain gives minerality, elegance and freshness to our grapes. Our domain now extends over 12 hectares, mainly located in Saint Romain, Meursault and Auxey Duresses. The average age of the Saint Romain Pinot Noir vines is 35 years. Sustainable agriculture. 

Tasting Notes:

A bright, deep red color illuminated with hints of violet. Expressive nose with aromas of red fruits and cherries with a slight touch of oak. On the palate it shows soft tannins, with good fruit and freshness, and an elegant finish.
