Tasting Notes:

Clean, bright, in shades close to orange, pale pink, clear and sharp. Fresh fruits, strawberries, wild flowers. Aromatic notes of rosemary, dill, and basilisk. Smooth on the palate, pleasant velvet fruit of aging under lees, and the Pinot Noir variety. Fruity, with citrus and slightly mineral notes, contained acidity, youthful, with a cheerful mid-palate and a very juicy finish. pair with rice dishes, appetizers, fresh cheeses, salads, dried fruit tapas, prawns, or pickles.
