History: Casanova di Neri is a wine producer in Montalcino, Tuscany. It is famous for its Brunello di Montalcino wines. Still, it also makes a range of other wines, including a premium Cabernet Sauvignon and an interesting blend of Vermentino and Grechetto.

Tasting Notes: 

Features a complex nose of ripe dark fruit, cherry, pomegranate, tobacco, and dark chocolate. The palate is full-bodied and elegant, with polished cherry and berry flavors, savory herbs, and autumnal spices. It has a silky texture, grippy yet sweet tannins, and a lively, racy finish with hints of earth, minerals, and citrus, indicating great aging potential.
