History: Those who know us say that we are the most irreverent and rogue winery in the Mediterranean. We take it as a compliment, because we understand that being a scoundrel means swimming against the current, being a non-conformist and creating wines that will not leave you indifferent. We are also fervent defenders of our land and its fruits. We have been obsessed for years with showing the world everything that the native Mediterranean grapes can offer if we treat them with respect and admiration. Toni Arraez Calabuig, is the director and oenologist since 2007 and has brought about a revolution, contributing his vision of modern, courageous and current wine, without losing the family tradition. Throughout its 69-year history, the winery has been led by three generations of Arráez, who knew how to read the needs of the society to which they belonged. Without a doubt, the Kama Sutra is one of the most important books on love, complicity and human anatomy. And since our Cava is also made for pleasure, we thought to honor this timeless work with a very fun and pleasant free interpretation. The label was designed by the KIDS Advertisement agency.

Tasting Notes: 

Has a pale yellow and brilliant color, with every delicate bubbles and a creamy mousse. On the nose, the intensity of white fruits stands out, balanced and combined with citric notes providing freshness and youth. In the mouth, it is round and velvety, smooth on the palate but intense and delicate bubbles, well integrated inviting the next sip.
