History: Château de Chamirey is a historic winery located in the Mercurey appellation of Burgundy, France. Owned by the Devillard family, the estate spans 37 hectares, with 27 hectares dedicated to red wine and 10 hectares to white. Renowned for its commitment to quality, Château de Chamirey produces a range of expressive and refined wines, including several premier cru offerings, from vineyards that benefit from optimal exposure and diverse soil types.

Tasting Notes: 

The nose opens on citrus notes (lime) with a delicate minerality expression. Fine and elegant on the palate, the wine is fresh with some hints of citrus. We find again the lime aromas surrounded by white flowers as hawthorn, typical from Chardonnay. A wine that develops a nice freshness with balance.
