Composition: 60% White Albariño, 25% Verdejo and 15% Godello

History: Selección César Muñoz is the personal project of winemaker César Muñoz, based on vines that are around a hundred years old, located in the páramos and adjacent slopes of the eastern Ribera del Duero. A very personal white that was born under the premise of obtaining a wine with good evolution and aging capacity.

Tasting Notes:

Complex aromas thanks to the work on the lees and with barrels, which give it notes of white stone fruit, touches of chamomile, vanilla and smoked. On the palate it is unctuous, with a good journey and sufficient acidity to give it freshness.
