History: “Tenute Girolamo” is in the heart of the Itria Valley, testimony to the great love of a family for their land. The first vines were planted around 2001 and the work was completed in 2006. The dedication and boundless energy of the Girolamo family is now revealed in the 50 hectares of vineyard in which the best indigenous Pugliese grapes are found, as well as grapes renowned around the world. We combine research from modern approaches with traditional methods in all of our picks and selections. In this way we can bring you elegant wines, sought after and appreciated throughout the world. In each bottle, drop by drop, the tireless devotion of the Girolamo family can be appreciated. The future will be a continuous search for perfection, combining innovation with experience and our unstoppable passion for nature.

Tasting notes:

Intense ruby red color with violet reflections. Fruity nose with notes of cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant, elegant aromas of spices with pleasant vanilla and chocolate tones. Dry, full, harmonious, persistent, the adequate tannin content confirms the rich and elegant bouquet.
