History: Our wines are handcrafted from estate-grown grapes from our vineyards in Monterey County, located on California’s golden central coast. This growing region is a wonder, with many soils, elevations, and microclimates that allow us to develop various varieties. Through vigilant attention to these influences, we strive to bring out the natural expression of the vineyard, variety, and vintage in every bottle. In a world of flashy technology, some might call this hopelessly old-fashioned. We call it Craftwork.

Tasting Notes:

Striking grapefruit and guava aromas with hints of fresh herbs lead to flavors of ripe apple and melon. The finish is bright and crisp, with a balanced and lingering finish of tropical fruit. Delicious as an aperitif, our Sauvignon Blanc is highly food-friendly and pairs well with a wide range of foods, including citrusy ceviche, grilled shrimp or scallops, gazpacho, and Asian stir fry.
