History: The trading company we know today as Croft was founded in 1588, during the reign of Elizabeth I, by Henry Thompson of York, England. Today Croft is part of the Fladgate Partnership, three of Porto’s most historic and prestigious houses, including Taylor Fladgate, Fonseca and Croft, a family-owned business that sets the standard to which other Port houses aspire.

Tasting Notes:

Light apricot in color, with aromas and spicy flavors of plum, walnuts and licorice. Mildly sweet and full-bodied.
