History: Finca Míllara is located in the Ribeira Sacra, a place full of magic, landscape and legend. A territory that was covered with vines by the Romans and, later, by the monks, in the Middle Ages. The winemaking tradition of this area of ??Galicia starts from those times. Amazed by the beauty and potential of this place, bathed by the Miño, we decided, in 1999, to recover the old plantations. To do this, we buy vines from surrounding winegrowers, creating one of the largest estates in the Ribeira Sacra Denomination of Origin. 21 hectares of vines make up Finca Míllara. Considered the best oenologist in the world in 2015 by Bettane + Desseauve, Raúl Pérez is the winegrower, consultant, oenologist and creator of wines with the most media attention in the country. He captures his personality in his creations: different wines, native varieties, ripe grapes that express and have and their own personality, differentiating itself from the rest and always in productions of very limited quantities.

Tasting Notes:

Cherry red color with purple trim. Intense with notes of red fruits (strawberries, raspberries) and balsamic notes. On the palate it is fresh and cheerful, where fruit is the protagonist.
