History: Domaine de Courcel is led by Gilles de Courcel, owner of the best plots of the Pommard denomination. Yves Confuron (Confuron-Cotetidot) is in charge of the technical direction, appropriately controlling the vine yields and seeking the ideal grape maturity for his classic whole bunch method (not destemming).
