History: Domaine des Lambrays is a producer located in Morey-Saint-Denis in the Côte de Nuits region of Burgundy. The domaine is best known for its Pinot Noir wines from the Clos des Lambrays Grand Cru vineyard, over which it has a near monopole. The wines are highly acclaimed by critics, regularly scoring highly in several publications.

Tasting Notes:  

A fresh, ripe and cool nose reflects aromas of pretty red berries, violets and earth. There is good richness and volume to the middle weight flavors, and particularly so given where the contributing vineyards are located, all wrapped in a stony, precise and lingering finale
