History: Domaine des Perdrix is a Burgundian wine estate based in Premeaux-Prissey, near  Nuits-Saint-Georges. It is mainly known for its rich red wines made from the Pinot Noir grape variety, particularly its Premier Cru, almost-monopole, Aux Perdrix vineyard.

Tasting Notes:

Its intense dark red color, elegant nose full of wild berries, and spicy aroma give strawberries, blackcurrant, nutmeg, and mushroom flavors on the palate, with proper tannins at the aftertaste.
