History: The enterprising Esteban Martín family has always had a very close relationship with the rural environment, with agriculture and livestock. In fact, it began its journey in 1964 with the creation of the Virgen del Rosario Farm, today one of the main poultry companies in Spain. Currently, the Esteban Martín Group, in which the entire participation corresponds to the Esteban Martín family, also owns the farm, the winery and a transport company. The Winery: In 1985, Miguel Antonio Esteban decided to buy 150 hectares of vineyards in the best lands of the D.O.P. Carignan. Year after year he was acquiring new plots and already in 2003 he decided to build his own winery. Today it has some 400 hectares of vineyards, as well as state-of-the-art facilities and technology, all without losing sight of traditions, know-how and responsibility. The three generations of the family are already involved in the daily work, where the main values are quality, excellence and innovation, environmental sustainability and love for the product and the land.

Tasting Notes:

This dark-garnet colored wine has a nose of dark berries and black olive tapenade. It is juicy on the palate, with flavors of black cherry and blackberry joined by notes of thyme, black pepper and roasted fennel bulb. Barely their tannins slowly make their presence known and then dissipate into a finish marked with notes of orange zest and rose petal
