History: The Priorat region in Catalonia, Spain, is a rugged agricultural area known for its ancient slate soils and Mediterranean climate, conditions that create ideal environments for distinctive wines. In 2001, the Denomination of Origin Montsant was established, bringing together vineyards around the town of Falset and quickly gaining international recognition for its quality wines. In 2008, winemaker Salvi Moliner and sommelier Sergi Montalà founded Estones Vins with the goal of crafting wines that express the character of Montsant using traditional varieties such as Garnacha and Cariñena. Their wines emphasize balance, fruit expression, and the unique terroir of the region.

Tasting Notes:

It is a red wine of medium-high intensity, clean and bright, with well-formed legs, showing a deep cherry color with violet hues. Primary aromas dominate, featuring red fruits such as strawberry, cherry, and plum, with a slightly balsamic background and subtle aging notes of toast, incense, and vanilla. On the palate, it is smooth, with fresh, well-balanced acidity, where fruit and oak aging notes blend subtly. Soft tannins.
