Typical of the appellation, Château Léoville-Las Cases is Cabernet Sauvignon-dominant, with smaller amounts of Merlot and Cabernet Franc.

Opens with aromas of currants, graphite, and subtle floral notes. On the palate, it offers a full-bodied, concentrated structure with layers of cassis, darker fruits, and finely integrated oak, supported by substantial tannins and vibrant acidity, promising a long aging potential
