Composition: 100% Pinot Noir

History: The house was founded in 1825 by father and son François-Alexandre and Joseph Perrier. Joseph turned the establishment on the “avenue de Paris” into a house of knowledge and experience. His signature has been carried out by six generations of the same family, each one marking the history and destiny of the House in a different way. Currently run by Jean Claude Fourmon and his son, Benjamin, this house is the only Champagne maker in Châlons-en-Champagne today. Our Champagne has been a part of history many times and was chosen for the royal courts of Queen Victoria and Edward VII.

Tasting Notes:

“It gives a firm character and with spice as well as red fruits and citrus. These elements, not quite integrated, show the wine needs to age further.” – Wine Enthusiast
