History: The house was founded in 1825 by father and son François-Alexandre and Joseph Perrier. Joseph turned the “avenue de Paris” establishment into a home of knowledge and experience. Six generations of the same family have carried out his signature, each marking the history and destiny of the House differently. Currently run by Jean Claude Fourmon and his son, Benjamin, this house is the only Champagne maker in Châlons-en-Champagne today. Our Champagne has been a part of history many times and was chosen for the royal courts of Queen Victoria and Edward VII.

Tasting Notes:

The initial aroma is the delicate Chardonnay subtility, combined with discrete and elegant flower fragrances and followed by hints of mandarin, orange, and dried fruit. On the palate, it has a good complexity, which is straightforward, followed by rich, fruity aromas, lightly grilled notes, and a long, pleasant citrus fruit finish.
