Composition: 100% Pinot Noir

History: The house was founded in 1825 by father and son François-Alexandre and Joseph Perrier. Joseph turned the establishment on the “avenue de Paris” into a house of knowledge and experience. His signature has been carried out by six generations of the same family, each one marking the history and destiny of the House in a different way. Currently run by Jean Claude Fourmon and his son, Benjamin, this house is the only Champagne maker in Châlons-en-Champagne today. Our Champagne has been a part of history many times and was chosen for the royal courts of Queen Victoria and Edward VII.

Tasting Notes:

To the eye, a golden straw color, enlivened by slightly coppery flashes. The nose presents delicate, highly appealing, acidic aromas, delivering delightful notes of freshly squeezed citrus fruit with tenderness and passion. Extremely straightforward, vinous palate evolving around exacerbated mineral notes such as chalk and iodine. Perfect as an aperitif or with papillon of langoustines with mesclun chiffonnade or roasted blue lobster, lightly peppered, grapefruit coulis.
