History: Founded in 1825 by François-Alexandre and his son Joseph Perrier, the house transformed the establishment on “avenue de Paris” into a hub of knowledge and expertise. Over six generations, the family’s signature has defined the House’s history and future, each generation contributing uniquely. Today, it is managed by Jean Claude Fourmon and his son, Benjamin, making it the sole Champagne producer in Châlons-en-Champagne. Our Champagne has played a significant role in history, having been served to the royal courts of Queen Victoria and Edward VII.

Tasting Notes:

The champagne displays a pale, gleaming yellow hue with subtle golden undertones. The initial aroma reveals floral notes, accompanied by hints of apricot and mirabelle plum. On the palate, it starts vibrantly yet remains ample and fresh, featuring citrus undertones. Sweet, spicy flavors of cinnamon and vanilla blend with gourmet biscuit notes, culminating in a yuzu finish.
