He founded Fayard Factory, which is a custom winemaking facility and project aimed at producing high-quality wines. Fayard focuses on crafting artisanal wines using Napa’s premium grapes, emphasizing French winemaking techniques, precision, and balance. Fayard Factory produces wines under different labels and also provides consulting services for other wineries. The facility allows for experimentation with various styles, offering both limited-edition and larger production wines while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.

Tasting Notes: 

Complex aromas, dynamic textures and fresh energy deliver an elegant expression of the region and vintage. An inviting nose offers plum, espresso, and warm, woodsy notes of cedar and autumn leaves. Plush, sweet purple fruit and rich coffee aromas expand on the palate, supported by gentle minerality and notes of fresh thyme and garrigue. Spicy white-pepper tannins usher the wine into a mouthwatering finish of fresh red fruits, blackberry pastry, and allspice.
