Composition: 100% Rosé 

History: Just Pink began as a California Rosé crafted in classic Provençal style by Julien Fayard, born and raised in southern France. His family has been making Cru Classé Rosé in Provence for over 60 years. After learning the craft from his family and famed Bordeaux houses, he moved to California in 2006, where he began making wine in Napa Valley. Julien is widely considered California’s leading rosé winemaker and one of the first to use the Provençal technique in the US.

Tasting Notes: 

Vibrant and refreshing. Fun and food-friendly with ample acidity and texture. A classic Provencal blend of Grenache and Syrah. Aromas of white spring rose, under-ripe watermelon, and honeydew. It tastes like white cherry, peaches, pear, and nectarine. This wine is just as light and bright on the palate as it appears in the sunlight.
