Region: D.O. Penedès, Spain

Composition: 40% Xarel-lo, 40% Chardonnay, 20% Sauvignon Blanc

History: A family project in the Penedès region, this winery is now run by the fourth generation and has become a pioneering winery in organic vineyard cultivation. This working philosophy was started by Josep Maria Albet i Noya in 1979 and has continued with the recovery of native pre-phylloxera varieties and the meticulous study of all the plots according to their orientation, altitude and soil composition.

Tasting notes:

Golden and brilliant yellow color. On the nose, it presents a very tropical wine profile with aromas of pineapple, banana, or mango coming from the Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate, it’s voluminous, long, and leaves a very pleasant aftertaste.
