Region: D.O. Penedès, Spain

Composition: 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Garnacha Tinta, 20% Merlot

History: A family project in the Penedès region, this winery is now run by the fourth generation and has become a pioneering winery in organic vineyard cultivation. This working philosophy was started by Josep Maria Albet i Noya in 1979 and has continued with the recovery of native pre-phylloxera varieties and the meticulous study of all the plots according to their orientation, altitude and soil composition.

Tasting notes:

Ruby color and medium body. Aroma of vanilla, typical Garnacha balsamic notes, fine cocoa, and ripe fruit. On the palate, it has good structure, full-bodied, mature tannins, and balsamic hints.
