History: Domaine Matrot is a producer, located in the Burgundy village of Meursault, in the heart of the Côte de Beaune. It focuses primarily on the production of white wines made from Chardonnay and Aligoté, making a total of seven premier cru white wines.

Tasting Notes:  

An elegant nose features notes of cool green fruit, poached pear and mineral reduction along with background hints of citrus peel. There is once again very good verve and delineation to the attractively textured medium weight flavors that brim with minerality on the youthfully austere, clean and notably dry finale
