History: The Double Master Series is a collaboration between Master Sommelier Emmanuel Kemiji of Miura Vineyards and Master Brewer Kerry McGinnis of Red Clay Brewing Co. with the sole purpose of creating the best craft beer possible.

Our Black Pilsner dates back to an ancient time when only Chinese emperors were allowed to enjoy black rice. In addition, we have added another wonderful fruit from the Orient, Meyer Lemons, to make Forbidden Blade even more intriguing. This Black Pilsner is meant to be delicate, yet full of crisp, distinct flavors and aromas.
