History: The grapes for Pebble Lane wines were grown on sustainably certified vineyards that are meticulously cultivated year-round. The Chardonnay was grown in northern Monterey County, where cool sea air creates an overnight fog that lasts until noon, followed by strong afternoon winds and mild nights. This cool climate creates the ideal conditions to develop intensity and complexity in wines while preserving crucial acidity.

Tasting Notes:

Our Chardonnay exhibits bright aromas of citrus and red apple with delicious hints of vanilla and caramel. The flavors mirror the aromas and add elements of creamy pear and lively tropical fruit. This smooth, medium-bodied wine is perfectly balanced with fresh acidity, bright fruit and subtle oak; it’s the perfect companion to the succulent buttery flavors of lobster or garlic prawns.
