History: The grapes for Pebble Lane wines were grown on sustainably certified vineyards that are meticulously cultivated year-round. Pinot Noir was grown in northern Monterey County, where cool sea air creates an overnight fog that lasts until noon, followed by strong afternoon winds and mild nights. This cool climate creates the ideal conditions to develop intensity and complexity in wines while preserving crucial acidity.

Tasting Notes: Our Pinot Noir is the best selection of rich and complex flavors from land and sea. Hints of vanilla and notes of cherry and rose petals complement the delicate flavors of the lobster. Ripe plum, blackberry and cherry flavors with toasty oak and spices blend perfectly with the richness of the grilled steak.
