History: Roy Estate was established in 1999 by founding vintners Shirley and Charles Roy. The couple sought to produce world-class wines, working tirelessly to identify the ideal site and engaging Napa Valley’s most respected winemaking and vineyard consultants to plant vines and produce wines fully worthy of the Napa Valley Grands Crus designation. Today, owners Stephany Maillery and Stephan Crétier serve as managers of the singular and sprawling site. Together they usher in the next chapter of unrivaled viticulture at the Roy Estate.

Tasting Notes:

The wine opens with a lively bouquet of concentrated red berries and graphite with fresh fennel, wildflowers and menthol energizing the wine and invigorating the palate.
