The house focuses on terroir-driven expressions that highlight the characteristics of the Vallée de la Marne vineyards. Their Champagnes are often praised for their finesse, fruit-forward profiles, and complex layers.

Tasting Notes: 

Champagne noble and elegant, reveals a clear color with golden shades, delicate hints of fruit and honey, and a fresh, refined mouth. This blend is an excellent aperitif and an occasion champagne. It can be served with Oysters or smoked salmon.
