History: Rafael Cambra, a native of Ontinyent, studied oenology in Spain and Montpellier, and after working in several wineries in Rioja, he decided to return to his homeland to make his wines and try to express his idea of ​​wine in the vineyards in his area. In this way, it creates its wines by mixing French varieties, such as Cabernet-Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, and those native to its land, such as Monastrell. Their philosophy is one of minimal intervention in the processes and the land so that the varieties purely express their character. The vineyards grow in the lower part of the mountains in the area of ​​Fontanars dels Alforins at about 700 meters above sea level, with a continental climate and low rainfall.

Tasting Notes:

The Pale Yellow color typical of Malvasía is accompanied by elegant aromas of white flowers, hazelnut, and hawthorn. The mouthfeel is clean, broad, fresh, and elegant, with good acidity.
