History: Every year, Thibault Liger Belair picks the best grapes coming from several domaine, as they work and to make the blend with Beaujolais, Bourgogne Pinot Noir and Hautes Côte de Nuits. They change the blend taking in consideration the quality of the grapes with a unique goal: producing the best blend of this wine with the best proportion of Gamay and Pinot Noir.

Tasting Notes: 

Bright lemon, white peach and creamy notes are offset by flavors of grilled nuts, with hints of vanilla and mineral rounding it out. Classy.
