History: Every year, Thibault Liger Belair picks the best grapes coming from several domaine, as they work and to make the blend with Beaujolais, Bourgogne Pinot Noir and Hautes Côte de Nuits. They change the blend taking in consideration the quality of the grapes with a unique goal: producing the best blend of this wine with the best proportion of Gamay and Pinot Noir.

Tasting Notes:

Notes of red fruit and violets, a floral-suffused nose, and a vibrant, mouth-filling palate.The wine’s character is influenced by old vines from multiple parcels and a balanced approach to winemaking, resulting in a sophisticated wine with a long, elegant finish that is built on fruit and acidity rather than tannins.
