History: Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair is a highly regarded Pinot Noir producer located in Nuits-Saint-Georges in the Côte de Nuits subregion of Burgundy, France. The Marey and Liger-Belair families have been involved with the vineyards, sale, and trade of Burgundian wines for well over a century, but it was not until 2001 that Thibault Liger-Belair created Domaine Thibault Liger-Belair to exploit the family’s historic and noteworthy vineyards.

Tasting Notes:

Chalky soil gives this wine a beautiful freshness and great purity. It reveals a beautiful aromatic radiance on delicious notes of red fruits (cherry, morello cherry) which underlines a remarkably fine touch on the palate. Its position and unique climate give this wine a purity worthy of some premier crus of the appellation.
