History: The brothers Giuseppe and Luigi Ciotola are young agricultural entrepreneurs who have cultivated a love, art and culture for wine from an early age. Passion probably linked and transmitted from its noble winemaking origins: they are the great-grandchildren of the Grand Official Antonio Valletta of San Pietro Vernotico (Brindisi), a highly renowned winemaker figure and founding father of the company of the same name that was founded in 1887.

Vivid straw yellow colour. Aroma of great breadth, intensity and balance, with fresh aromatic notes reminiscent of yellow apple, peach and bread crust. Rich and intense fruit flavors, consistent breadth, smooth and fresh.
