History: The brothers Giuseppe and Luigi Ciotola are young agricultural entrepreneurs who have cultivated a love, art and culture for wine from an early age. Passion probably linked and transmitted from their noble winemaking origins: they are the great-grandchildren of the Grand Official Antonio Valletta of San Pietro Vernotico (Brindisi), a highly renowned winemaker figure and founding father of the company of the same name that was founded in 1887. Both graduated in Graduated from prestigious universities in Rome, they decided for themselves, strong and aware of the wine vocation inherited from their ancestors, to found the “Tenute dei F.lli G&L Ciotola” in San Pietro Vernotico, a city with a high vocation and wine tradition.

Tasting Notes:

When looking at the wine, it has a bright ash pink color, reminiscent of onion skin. On the palate, the wine has a soft taste that is balanced with the right acidity giving freshness and complexity.
