Composition: 100% Monastrell

History: Rafael Cambra, a native of Ontinyent, studied oenology in Spain and Montpellier, and after working in several wineries in Rioja, he decided to return to his homeland to make his wines and try to capture his idea of ​​wine in the vineyards. In this way, it makes its wines by mixing French varieties, such as Cabernet-Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, and native varieties of its land, such as Monastrell. Its philosophy is minimal intervention in the processes and the land so that the varieties express their character. The vineyards grow in the lower part of the mountain in the Fontanars dels Alforins area, about 700 meters above sea level, with a continental climate and little rainfall.

Tasting Notes:

It is elegant on the nose, featuring black fruits, balsamic notes, bay leaf, and a hint of wood. On the palate, it is balanced and silky, with polished tannins.
