History: This alcohol-free wine is the result of a careful selection of Macabeo and Sauvignon Blanc grapes grown in our highest-altitude vineyards. This privileged location provides us with the necessary acidity to achieve the fresh and vibrant note we seek. The dealcoholization process is carried out in our Requena winery, using the latest technology to evaporate the alcohol at low temperatures, allowing us to preserve all the aromas and structure of the wine. Thus, we obtain a unique product, full of freshness, with excellent acidity and the fruity nuances that characterize our selection.

Tasting Notes:

It is a sparkling wine with a pale yellow color and greenish hues, bright, with fine bubbles. On the nose, it reveals intense aromas of pear with white floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, with well-integrated acidity, leaving a long and elegant floral finish.
