History: We firmly believe that great wine is born in the vineyard and matures in the cellar: at Italo Cescon, our wines are strongly linked to the territory and environment in which they are born, and for this reason, from our beginnings, we are committed to safeguarding the well-being of our vineyard, protecting the soil, animals, and insects that live there. The Doc Piave Area is an entire watercourse and natural water springs that create an ideal habitat for developing the vegetation and fauna typical of these lands. For Bodega Italo Cescon, it is imperative to work in harmony with nature, guaranteeing a sustainable system and generating development and productivity without compromising the natural conditions of the environment in which we live: our wines are made using mainly natural fertilizers and without pesticides. Our vineyards only use low-dosage natural substances (vegetable, animal, or mineral): predatory insects, rock meal, sulfur, and verdigris to protect the vines from cryptogamma. 

Tasting Notes:

It has an intense straw-yellow color. It has aromas of pineapple, grapefruit, and mineral notes. It is full-bodied, with intense flavors of ripe fruit and a fresh finish.
