History: Founded in 1877 by Sir. Alexander Williams, a great connoisseur and admirer of Jerez products, and Arthur Humbert, a specialist in international relations. Since then, part of the wines and brandies of the house have been preserved in oak casks of the highest quality (soleras). These form the basis of the current development and aging of each of the wines and brandies of the Williams & Humbert Cellars.

Tasting Notes:

Rich and pruney, with bold, reduced black fruit aromas along with chocolate and spice. Compact and delicious in the mouth, with caramel, black coffee and other yummy, unctuous flavors. So thick it pours like motor oil, thus feel free to drink it like a wine or pour it on vanilla ice cream as you might a syrup
